In this role, you'll manage the movement of our essential loan kits, working closely with stakeholders to coordinate returns, maintain stock levels, and support smooth logistics operations across ANZ. The ideal candidate is a highly organised and proactive problem-solver with a strong understanding of logistics and inventory management. You have excellent communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, ensuring the seamless movement of our medical loan kits. A keen eye for detail, computer literacy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential. Experience in medical logistics or supply chain management is a plus, but most importantly, you're passionate about making a difference in patient care through precision and reliability in every aspect of your work.

Experience required:

• 2+ years
  of experience in logistics, supply chain, or loan kit coordination (preferably in the medical or healthcare industry).
• Strong understanding of
  reverse logistics processes
  and
  loan kit management
  .
• Proficiency in
  inventory management systems
  and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent
  organisational and problem-solving skills
  with strong attention to detail.
• Effective
  communication and stakeholder management
  skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Knowledge of
  quality and safety compliance requirements
  in a healthcare or regulated industry is desirable.
• Willingness to participate in
  on-call rotation
  after completing probation and required training.
