**Accounts Payable Officer** seeking an opportunity to work in a dynamic business that puts “

Reporting to the Accounts Manager, the Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for the accounts payable function of the business along with a range of other general clerical, accounting and bookkeeping duties.

**To be successful in this role, you will**:

- 5 years Accounts Payable experience in a very high-volume environment
- PRONTO experience preferred but not essential
- Data entry, coding and processing.
- Investigation of creditor issues and problem resolution of invoices.
- Assisting in reconciliations (bank, accounts and petty cash).
- Liaising with suppliers, management and other staff members in a friendly and approachable manner
- Document control of accounts documentation
- Investigate and respond to customer account enquiries and refer complex problems to the Accounts Manager.
- Assist in end of month processes and reporting, reconciliations.
