What will you do?

You will play an integral role in a team of specialists who bring together domain expertise in mining/resources, asset management, and operations, with a deep understanding of how technologies can make a real impact on performance.

As a Lead Consultant, you will join our Analytics and Operational Technologies Team being a part of our broader Industrial Systems Group.

In this position, you will play a key part in ‘bringing ideas to life’ with our clients on projects ranging from technology/innovation strategies, focussed technology studies, dynamic simulation and performance analytics, through to delivering embedded decision support tools.

We know the work we do is vital in assisting our world’s economic development and, it’s the technical expertise and the depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart. Here are the key things you will need to have in order to ‘bring ideas to life’.
- Ideally a STEM degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrable experience in managing technology and analytics related projects
- Familiarity with operations and/or maintenance in the mining or energy sectors
- Ability to quickly grasp new technologies and innovations and how they may impact performance
- Engaging style and ability to clearly communicate complex ideas with clients through conversations, workshops, and written documentation
- Effectively lead and work in multi-skilled teams
