The role
Join a dynamic team at eHealth Queensland to provide expert technical advice to internal and external stakeholders about ICT enterprise systems. You will work collaboratively with programs/projects, staff and managers to coordinate and provide operational consultancy services.

You will provide recommendations and impact assessments on specific elements of initiatives that may impact the operational environment.

Are you right for this role?

**To secure this role you will need to demonstrate**:

- Proven ability in the provision of operational advice related to the operation of enterprise-scale systems.
- Demonstrated technical expertise and experience in some of the following technology domains to analyse ICT system issues and contribute to the design and implementation of appropriate solutions and improvements:

- SQL database or Alterys database
- PowerBI, Powershell, Selenium and Visual Basic
- SCOM, Splunk or Solarwind experience
- Scripting and programming experience
- High level analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills with a proven record in the assessment and evaluation of operational requirements for enterprise-scale systems.
- Sound knowledge of current technologies, standards and services in large, complex and distributed ICT service delivery organisations.
- High level interpersonal, negotiation and consultation skills, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with peers to achieve consulting outcomes
