Consulting Operations Officer

As a Consulting Operations Officer you will be responsible for delivering a compelling customer experience to our Consulting teams by effectively providing consulting operational support activities.

This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that sees you involved in all facets of our Consulting business. This varying and challenging role would suit someone who's just as comfortable with the day-to-day office management activities as they are with governance, data entry and finance functions. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about technology, consulting and innovation and has a strong curiosity for how enterprise software can make life simple for our customers. This is a pivotal role that is instrumental to driving growth for the company.

**What you'll be doing...**

Supporting the Consulting Operations Lead to:

- Coordinate team office management processes and requirement
- Provide Consulting Operations activities as required, responding to queries and providing support to Consulting Team members
- Maintain documents, processes, tools and reporting to support the effective and efficient operation of the Consulting business.
- Support the maintenance of a modern Consulting Portal for the Consulting team to access content to support them in their roles.
- Maintain the integrity of project data across the various Consulting Operations systems
- Work closely with Finance and Consulting to ensure invoicing is accurate and issued in a timely manner
- Ensure systems, processes and costs are continually managed and reviewed to identify ways to reduce costs and improve our efficiencies.

- Flexibility - you are comfortable wearing multiple hats and taking on additional operational tasks that may arise
- Previous exposure to accounts payable/receivable and finance would be beneficial
- Comfortable learning and adhering to multiple processes
- Outstanding attention to detail coupled with excellent self-directed problem solving and analytical skills
- Highly developed communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders across all levels
- Proactive, motivated and resilient - you enjoy driving for results
