**About the Role**

Join Aurizon’s **Program Management Decarbonisation** unit as a **Change Manager** In this role, you’ll act as a **change and communications specialist**, partnering with project managers and business operations to shape and deliver impactful engagement strategies with our internal customers

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive the **customer strategy roadmap** by developing a customer engagement framework, tools, and templates.
- Draft content for customer engagement plans, ensuring alignment with major projects.
- Upskill internal teams to foster a customer-focused culture and enhance communication, stakeholder management, and customer-centricity capabilities.
- Deliver change support for customer-related initiatives and conduct **change impact assessments** to support cultural transformation.
- Partner with project teams to create and organize engaging content for presentations, forums, fact sheets, websites, and leadership updates.
- Prioritize and develop customer communications content to support leadership and project goals.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure successful delivery of customer engagement requirements and plans.

**About You**

We’re seeking a dynamic change and communication professional with:

- **Tertiary qualifications** in change management or communication.
- 5-10 years of experience in **change management and communication** roles.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proven expertise in engagement, relationship building, and organizational skills.
- A proactive mindset, capable of leading cultural transformation initiatives.
