- Providing approval/rejection at CAB & TCAB meetings for all Changes discussed
- Facilitating emergency Change approval
- Reviewing retrospectively raised Changes for process compliance
- Ensuring that Forward Schedule of Change is maintained and communicated
- Conducting training sessions on change management process
- Weekly/Daily reporting
- Feedback/review session for teams with maximum failure rate/ poor quality of changes
