Talent International are currently recruiting for a Change Manager to work for an iconic commercial client based Brisbane CBD. This position is an initial 8 month contract role with the potential to extend.

**About the Role**
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced, focused change and communication professional to take part in a transformative operating model change being delivered out of our procurement business. This role involves a shift in ways of thinking and working around the procurement of goods and services across the business. Enabled by new cloud technology being delivered simultaneously, this role will involve navigating an org re-design in addition to changing the mindset around how to procure in the future.

As the
**Change & Communications Manager**, you will play a key role in assessing the change journey the organisation will embark on and develop the required interventions to enable all internal and external stakeholder groups to navigate the change agenda successfully.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Conducting change impact assessments in the business.
- Creating and implementing the change management plan
- Developing effective communication and information management plans to support the change
- Identifying risks and issues and managing to completion.
- Conducting business readiness assessment for delivery and transition
- Provide regular change status reporting
- Measure and report on change success and lessons learned.

Given the breadth and complexity of the change, the communication approach will need to be comprehensive, utilising modes and channels that are effective and engaging. A communication narrative needs to be developed that adequately explains the what and why of the change, which is aligned to corporate narrative, but also contextually relevant for the various audiences within the business.

**About You**
- Tertiary level qualifications (eg Bachelor Degree) in a relevant discipline (Communications, Journalism, Psychology, Business Management, Project Management etc)
- 7+ years’ experience in change management and a proven track record of developing and implementing large business transformation change projects with a holistic approach including org re-design.
- Exceptional communication planning and delivery experience, both written and verbal, with a collaborative approach to engage key stakeholders and business divisions to support their change journey
- Experience facilitating workshops and roadshows
- Understanding of procurement and finance process flows would be highly regarded.
- Experience and knowledge of project/change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Solid understanding of how people go through an operating model/business behaviour and change process
- Organisational agility with impeccable negotiation & influencing skills through a complex environment with ability to negotiate.
- Team player with a flexible and adaptable approach
