I am seeking an experienced Change Manager for my client in Sydney to take up a role for 12 months with a view of extension.

**Your day at NTT**
- Responsible for supporting the “data and integrations” works stream under the program.
- Reviewing current data & Integrations requirements vs future and supporting the transition for impacted people.
- Support our internal EUX team through the organisational changes
- Develop training material where required
- Would be good to have Cybersecurity experience.

**What would make you a good fit for this role?**
- Partner with initiative owners and business leaders to shape change management efforts and develop approached and plans aligned to the size and complexity of the associated project/initiative/implementation ensuring:

- Change risk is assessed
- Change readiness assessments are conducted
- Actionable and targeted change management plans are developed
- Customer and employee impacts are identified
- Lead and manage the creation of state-wide change management tools, artefacts, and schedules to ensure all change management activities are identified, scheduled and managed across the life cycle of each business implementation.
- Provide expert and strategic change management advice in relation to assessment, analysis, documentation, and implementation of approved change management methodologies, including the evaluation and management of risks and issues.
- Provide specialised knowledge of change management practices and approaches in relation to workforce management (particularly rostering) practices, processes, and systems, driving business transformation and successfully delivering to the program's objectives.
- Lead and manage the Business Change Impact Assessments, development of change responses, interventions, and business readiness activities relating to new supporting business models, business processes, and IWFM solution related changes.
- Lead and manage the creation of state-wide change management tools, artefacts, and schedules to ensure all change management activities are identified, scheduled and managed across the life cycle of each business implementation.
