Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team
- Follow up with leads that do not schedule appointments to determine their level of interest
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with potential clients
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting goals
- Provide feedback to management on potential leads and market trends

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an appointment setter or in a similar role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent listening and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in marketing or sales are an advantage.

**Salary**: $23.39 - $42.41 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Sydney, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
