**Who We Are**:
OWNER INSPECTIONS is an independent building inspection company that offers a range of professional Building Inspections. We are currently experiencing massive growth in the business, and we are looking for experienced outbound lead generators/appointment setters who are passionate about working with a dynamic and fast-paced team.

**Who we are looking for**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Dialling cold leads to various B2B sectors and turning them into warm leads
- Managing admin work after the appointment has been set to finalise the leads
- Asking the correct questions to understand the client’s needs and wants
- Recording business and client data’s accurately
- Dealing with any angry prospects in a calm and professional manner
- To research and understand the building and private inspection industry
- To overcome any objections provided by the prospects during the call

**What we expect**:

- Proven success in a cold calling environment
- Fluent English (Essential)
- Outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Can commit to working Monday-Friday 9 am - 5 pm
- Can think outside the box
- Reliability and excellent organisational skills
- Experience with online CRM systems
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Proactiveness and demonstrating a strong sense of urgency at all times
- Ability to interact effectively and efficiently with all levels of employees
- Individuals who have strong work ethics
- Outstanding telephone manner and the ability to close deals
- Someone who is HUNGRY to succeed
- 50-70 phone calls made a day with 10 of them being a successful conversion
