At Opal Fibre Packaging (OFP), we’re not just about boxes — we’re about bold ideas, strong partnerships, and sustainable innovation. We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused **Internal Sales Representative**to provide administrative assistance to the NSW sales teams as directed to improve sales process and drive profitable revenue growth within the NSW customer base.

In this role, you will:

- Provide an administrative level of support to the sales team that helps them to maximise customer facing time and increase call frequency and quote conversion rates.
- Look after existing portfolio of accounts valued at $800k
- Raise quotes, ensuring price alignment where required. Quote conversion and quote follow-up.
- SAP Masterdata updates for new customers - Customer on-boarding and/or changes
- Make initial contact with all new Opal leads and allocate to Territory Managers accordingly to follow-up
- Understand and respond appropriately to customer needs with speed and a sense of urgency in decision-making, transitioning query to customer service as required

We're looking for a proactive, energetic individual with a passion for leadership and building strong business relationships.

Ideally, you will have:

- Tertiary qualifications in sales, marketing or commerce preferred but not essential.
- Experience in a sales team would be beneficial but not essential
- Role would suit a graduate or entry level sales experience and provide a development pathway towards Account or Sales Management career opportunities.
- Strong communication, presentation & customer service skills
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 preferred
- Excellent phone manner
