An exciting opportunity has become available in our National Customer Support team. Based in Revesby, this position will make you the first point of contact for all inbound customer queries, parts orders parts pricing and availability of stock. The position is a Full time opportunity with various days and shifts Available.

**About you**
- High level of attention to detail as you will be entering essential information in our systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to direct high-volume inquiries
- Processing internal/counter sales orders will be advantageous
- Ability to create purchase orders and raise invoices
- helpful and adaptable approach when understanding customer needs with an ability to navigate and solve complex issues
- Aptitude to navigate multiple systems and databases simultaneously
- The ability to professionally articulate to internal and external customers
