Based in Revesby, this position will make you the first point of contact for all inbound customer queries, parts orders parts pricing and availability of stock. The position is a Full time opportunity with various days and shifts Available.

**About you**
- High level of attention to detail as you will be entering essential information in our systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to direct high-volume inquiries
- Processing internal/counter sales orders will be advantageous
- Ability to create purchase orders and raise invoices
- helpful and adaptable approach when understanding customer needs with an ability to navigate and solve complex issues
- Aptitude to navigate multiple systems and databases simultaneously
- The ability to professionally articulate to internal and external customers
