38 hours per week + occasional Sunday work (4 hours)

VSE International is a wholesale patisserie with a history spanning more than 50 years distributing products to Hotels, Hospitals, Cafes, Clubs and more throughout NSW. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our friendly Sales Administration team.

Tasks within this role includes but are not restricted to:

- Managing and handling customer enquiries and sales.
- Data entry.
- Good Customer Rapport
- New product implementation.
- Work with online portal system.
- Order Processing.
- Purchasing Buy-Ins.
- Assisting different departments and other stakeholders.

This role is perfect for an individual with a passion for food and sales customer support.

To be successful in this role:

- Able to work in a team environment as well as autonomously.
- Customer support experience.
- Strong communication/ interpersonal skills.
- Effective time management & prioritizing.
- Self-motivated and a quick learner
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
- Attention to detail.
- A love of food (a must)

**Salary**: $47,404.76 - $79,696.10 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
