About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers across your territory. You will be responsible for promoting our wide range of high-quality food products, including spices, nuts, grains, Groceries, and herbs.

What you'll be doing

Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within designated territories

Maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers by providing excellent customer service and support

Promoting and selling the full range of Hecham Group's food products

Negotiating and closing sales deals while ensuring profitability

Providing regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager

Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies

Staying up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the food or FMCG industry.

Strong understanding of the food market and customer preferences.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-lasting relationships.

A proactive, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset.

Proficiency in negotiation and closing sales deals.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Proficient English language skills and Ability to speak Farsi, or Afghan languages (Dari/Pashto) is Essential
