**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Customer Acquisition**
- Identify and target potential customers through research, networking, and market analysis.
- Generate and qualify leads to identify new sales opportunities.

**2. Sales Presentations**
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs and interests of each customer.
- Training on existing and new products selling their features and benefits.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Docs and analytics tools.

**3. Relationship Management**
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and recommendations to enhance the customer's experience.

**4. Sales Strategy and Planning**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine sales processes and techniques.

**5. Reporting and Analysis**
- Track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and revenue forecasts.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential growth opportunities.
