**What you’ll do**

You will contribute to the overall success of the ICT Operations at Sunshine Coast University Hospital with your experience, while also handling business-as-usual activities. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- **Provide Tier III** and other support upon request from various stakeholders on-site.
- Provide technical recommendations, advice, and implementation support for ICT projects.
- **Manage relationships** between ICT, the local contract team, and the client.
- Effectively manage and mentor the ICT staff based at the local site.
- **Respond to ICT support escalations**, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve data/configuration issues.
- Take ownership of the Incident Management ticket queue.

**What you’ll bring**
- Hold a tertiary qualification in Information Technology or equivalent industry experience.
- Demonstrate experience in leading ICT teams and managing team workloads.
- Provide proven experience in supporting Windows and Linux server operating systems.
- Demonstrate experience in working with project teams to successfully complete complex ICT projects.
- Exhibit experience in working with the ITIL framework and ITSM principles and processes.
- Show a proven ability to develop strong collaborative relationships with team members, peers, clients, and vendors.
- A desire to continually master new technologies.
- Showcase excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
