**About The Role**

As a key player in the Commercial business unit, you will be instrumental in overseeing and optimising the day-to-day functioning of our organisation's IT systems.

Your role will be to lead and oversee the ICT Operations teams, ensuring efficient deployment, support, maintenance, governance, and value extraction. You will also be responsible for managing IT infrastructure to deliver effective services while supporting key Cyber, Project and Digital solutions delivery and compliance of systems.

You will also;
- Leading a team of IT professionals to ensure the stability, efficiency, and security of IT operations
- Budget management, vendor relationship management, and strategic planning for technology needs
- Ensure the successful implementation and execution of functional or operational plans
- Provide continuous coaching and mentoring to team members for their professional development
- Develop commercially astute vendor contract scopes, negotiate rates, and understand corporate approval processes.
