What you will do
**In the Manager role, you will**:

- Advise and support the Director, ICT Branch on major information technologies and information management policies and issues.
- Lead end to end Project Management of significant, complex and varied ICT projects aligning to business requirements and enabling the business to achieve benefit realisations.
- Develop and implement strong program governance and risk controls to ensure project and operational outcomes are achieved on time, on budget and to quality standards.
- Initiate and oversee the assessment of and formulation of recommendations to support evidence-based planning and decision-making in relation to relevant information technology systems.
- Provide strategic advice to senior management and business teams on specific issues related to business needs, priorities, ICT governance and ICT project requirements.
- Manage resource assignments across a number of projects, in conjunction with other governance and technology areas.
- Provide mentoring and coaching of project management techniques, methods and systems to identified business staff.
- Lead and model a change management and performance development culture by participating in regular two-way feedback discussions with your supervisor, your colleagues, your direct reports and other staff members of the Branch.
