Troocoo is seeking an experienced ICT Sourcing Manager to join one of our key client's procurement teams on a short-term basis. This role reports directly to the Head of Procurement and provides the opportunity to take ownership of high-value sourcing initiatives, delivering critical outcomes across various ICT categories.

As the ICT Sourcing Manager, you will lead end-to-end sourcing activities across multiple ICT streams, including but not limited to network services, printing, and meeting room AV and fit-outs. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and will be expected to operate with a high level of autonomy. You will apply your expertise to deliver sourcing strategies and outcomes within tight timeframes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sourcing activities from strategy development to contract execution.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment of sourcing strategies with business requirements.
  • Negotiate with vendors to achieve best value and manage contract performance.
  • Provide hands-on support across multiple short-term ICT projects.
  • Deliver outcomes within agreed timelines while ensuring compliance and governance standards are met.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a strategic procurement, ICT strategic sourcing, or senior ICT category management role.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results independently.
  • Tech-savvy, pragmatic, and outcomes-focused mindset.
