The Opportunity:
We’re hiring a full-time Global Account Manager based in West Meadows, Victoria to join Toll Group

A day in the life of a Global Account Manager at Toll Group:

- Proactively ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction, identifying upselling opportunities, and swiftly resolving potential client issues.
- Regularly review external client reports weekly and conduct monthly audits of PO Booking, OBL Compliance, and No Agent Report to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction.
- Utilise dashboards to monitor data integrity, guaranteeing accurate and reliable information management.
- Lead the preparation and execution of Client Implementation Plans, ensuring adherence to best practices and client-specific requirements, setting a high standard for service delivery.
- Drive seamless client integration by configuring clients in EDI alongside Sales, CRM, and operations, ensuring smooth transitions and optimized processes.
- Maintain comprehensive client profiles and visit records in CargoWise, fostering strong client relationships and personalized service.
- Conduct regular reviews of GP across clients, modes, and trade lanes to maximize profitability.
- Keep quotes and sell rates updated in CargoWise for efficient and competitive pricing strategies.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

- Extensive experience in the Global Freight Forwarding industry, ideally in a similar position, with a deep understanding of industry dynamics and client expectations.
- Proven track record in successfully managing large, multi-million dollar key accounts, demonstrating the ability to drive growth and client satisfaction.
- Exceptional relationship management skills, adept at fostering strong, trust-based partnerships with clients and internal stakeholders alike.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, maintaining a sense of urgency and delivering results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment typical of the logistics industry.
