**Description and Requirements**:
We are seeking a results-driven **Global Account Manager** to lead customer acquisition and growth initiatives in **Australia**, with a focus on the **Financial Services Industry (FSI)** and **Natural Resources** sectors. This role is part of Lenovo’s **Global Sales Organization**, and will be responsible for developing strategic relationships, driving revenue growth, and positioning Lenovo as a trusted technology partner.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account strategies to acquire and grow key clients in the FSI and Natural Resources sectors.
- Build deep relationships with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Identify customer needs and align Lenovo’s solutions to deliver business value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and technical pre-sales to deliver tailored solutions.
- Manage complex sales cycles and negotiate high-value contracts.
- Track and report on pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new inbound accounts within the GAB segment across the GTAP region.
- Execute go-to-market strategies to penetrate new accounts and expand opportunities across IDG, ISG, and SSG

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a strong track record in customer acquisition.
- Deep understanding of the FSI and/or Natural Resources industries in Australia.
- Proven ability to manage strategic accounts and complex sales cycles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a global or matrixed organization is a plus.
