Reporting to the General Manager Marketing Operations, your responsibilities include:
- Delivering marketing and media plans for WA and SA villages- Overseeing marketing budgets, developing and managing campaigns from conception to execution- Overseeing the management of events as well as publicity opportunities- Producing and managing messaging and content across product, place, price, promotions and activations and manage the deployment of this via internal marketing services and external partners- Working in collaboration with other business teams, you will provide local insight and draw on research and data analytics, market intelligence and customer feedback to be the voice for the customer for allocated regions or projects- Playing a pivotal role in place activation and customer experience whilst liaising with sales teams to optimise their sales and traffic through these marketing activities

About you:
Your demonstrated diverse experience in a marketing management role will see you succeed in this role. As will:
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing or relevant discipline- Minimum of 5 years experience as a marketing specialist, with recent experience managing campaigns from conception to execution- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment with multiple marketing projects/campaigns running simultaneously- Excellent account and project management skills coupled with a collaborative and positive approach- A strong understanding of digital marketing channels- The ability to draw on market and customer insights to develop successful marketing plans and campaigns- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team to deadlines and schedules- Having great attention to detail and time management skills
