Key Responsibilities- Oversee the management of a premium residential portfolio.
- Drive operational excellence and implement systems for continuous improvement.
- Grow and sustain the rent roll through strategic initiatives and relationship management.
- Lead with accountability, initiating change and fostering a culture of ownership.
- Ensure compliance with legislation and uphold best practice standards.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine processes and elevate client experience.
We're looking for someone who is:
- A seasoned Property Manager with 3+ years' experience.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and confident working autonomously.
- Skilled in operations and systems management.
- Experienced in rent roll growth and client retention strategies.
- A natural leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with property management software.
