Perth, Western Australia Haiven Property Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year

Within one year, Haiven Property has exponentially grown with now 3 offices across the state, with continued growth and expansion on the horizon. This exciting opportunity is an end-to-end role where you will be working closely with our Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer. Together with the marketing department, you will be the brand gate keeper, responsible for creating and implementing marketing plans and initiatives for the sales and property management department, manage our social media platforms, while upholding our corporate brand profile.

This role is a full-time position working Monday – Friday

Responsibilities will include

  • Alongside the Marketing Manager, create and implement an annual marketing plan for Haiven Property
  • Manage website maintenance and create engaging blog posts and media releases as directed by the Marketing Manager
  • Create regular EDMs through our CRM systems for both the company and Sales/Property Management department
  • Manage and create engaging posts and video content for Haiven Property's social media platforms across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Continue to grow our social presence and assist the team with social media content templates
  • Work closely with our sales and property management department to create marketing initiatives for both print and digital collateral
  • Working with the Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer, create seasonal marketing campaigns for the sales and property management team

Ideal requirements & skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing
  • Intermediate Adobe InDesign skills
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
  • Proficiency in Canva is essential
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work autonomously while managing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • A keen, creative eye with good photography and videography skills – desirable
  • Experience with Google Analytics, SEO and Facebook Ads Manager - desirable
