**About the role**
As the Transformation Lead you will be responsible for partnering with leadership teams and critical stakeholders to shape and drive transformation priorities and associated KPIs, from inception to delivery of value within ALH.
You’ll have extensive day-to-day engagement with various stakeholders, including our Operations and Gaming teams, Regulatory and Legal, Endeavour Group and ALH IT teams and 3rd party vendors and suppliers.

The initial focus of the role is to support defining projects that seek to enhance and uplift our current solutions in the regulatory technology space, focused in particular on financial crime and regulatory compliance technology transformation projects and peripheral projects focused upon uplifting our existing capabilities.

Working closely with key stakeholders in the business, this role will provide rigorous project establishment support in order to support successful project outcomes.
Including:

- Developing/documenting business requirements and success measures in consultation with key stakeholders and internal clients.
- Formulating and documenting project plans, with activities, milestones, timelines, responsibilities.
- Developing business cases for key projects (as required).
- Defining and implementing governance structures to support project delivery ongoing.
- Preparing and reporting to ExCo, key management, internal clients and the Board on project progression.
- Driving key projects to completion within set timeframes agreed with the Board.

**About you**
You’ll have demonstrated experience in leading transformational and program outcomes, with experience in a complex matrix environment. An understanding of financial crime regulatory networks and experience within gaming, wagering or financial services environments from an IT perspective is highly desirable.

To be successful, you’ll also have:

- Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study.
- Equivalent work experience, preferably in gaming, wagering or financial services.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, establish and maintain strong relationships with Senior management.
- Strong ability to think strategically and continuously explore new ways to understand and deliver on changing customer needs.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to build and foster positive relationships.
- Strong initiative, time management and exceptional communication skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment that is navigating technological and cultural change, with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions with a common objective.
