**About the role**
We have an opportunity for a **Manager, Transformation Strategy and Design **to be part of our Transformation Strategy & Design, Transformation Office. The role leads the strategy development and design of transformational programs in accordance with NSWPF objectives and priorities. The role is responsible for the development of business cases with a strong focus on supporting change activities based on industry best practice, research, data, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful outcomes and delivery of requirements.
