Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll serve as the backbone that supports our digital marketing agency. While you don’t need to be an expert in digital marketing (but it’s HUGE plus), you DO need top-notch managerial and organisational skills.

You’ll know our agency at every level, and you’ll be involved in everything from operational strategy to staffing to compliance. This is a challenging, demanding role and the right fit will be an exceptional problem solver who will do whatever it takes to help us achieve our goals.

- Lead the daily operations, ensuring that our agency runs like a well-tuned machine.

- Leadership Excellence: Proven ability to inspire and lead diverse teams.
- Strategic Acumen: Capacity to turn visionary goals into everyday operations.
- Organisational Skills: The more plates you can spin, the better.
- Tech Literacy: You should feel at home with modern tools and software.
- Financial Understanding: You can translate budget lines into strategic decisions.
- Management Experience: At least **3 years **in a relevant management and leadership role is essential.
- Strategic Decision-Making: Demonstrable experience in making business-critical decisions.
- Executive Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to both team members and C-level executives.
- Change Leadership: Proven track record of leading organisations through periods of growth or transformation.
- International Experience: Having worked in a global setting is a plus.
