**Administration Assistant - Client + Business Support for Australia’s Leading Sleep Expert**

**Location**: South Yarra, VIC
**Hours**: 15 - 25 hours a week | Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (9:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
**Start Date**: ASAP
**Rate**: Award wages - $24.10/hour

**What You’ll Be Doing**

We’re looking for an organised, proactive and tech-savvy Administration Assistant to streamline systems, manage client touchpoints and help Olivia operate at her best.

This is a foundational role in a fast-growing, high-impact brand.

**Your Core Responsibilities**:
**Client Management + Communication**
- Track client progress and support via GHL (Go High Level)
- Respond to routine queries and escalate as needed

**Database + CRM Management**
- Tag, sort, and manage leads within GHL
- Support outreach and follow-ups for brand partnerships and clients

**Website + Admin Support**
- Update website via GHL
- Assist with creating forms, automations, and surveys
- Manage back-end logistics for lead magnets and campaigns

**Outreach + LinkedIn Management**
- Support Olivia’s LinkedIn growth and brand engagement
- Track and assist with follow-ups for events, speaking engagements, and PR opportunities

**General Business Support**
- Assist with launch logistics and team communication
- Keep workflows running smoothly and efficiently

**Must-Have Experience + Skills**
- 2+ years in admin, operations or client support roles
- Proficient in:
▸ Go High Level (GHL)
▸ Google Sheets
▸ LinkedIn
- Clear, professional written communication
- Strong organisation and time management
- Initiative-driven and loves ticking off tasks
- Interest in wellness, health, or lifestyle industries a big plus
