**About the role**
As the Campaign Lead, you will lead the development and coordination of brand and occasion led campaigns for pubs and discovery brands, working cross functionally with broader marketing, operations and drive leads.
You’ll be responsible for:

- Leading the end to end Loyalty brand, Discovery brands and occasion campaigns to achieve business targets.
- Lead stakeholder management across Marketing, Operations and relevant teams to align our strategy, initiatives and campaigns to ‘telling every pubs story’ and impacting preparedness for key occasions.
- Help to shift the marketing lens and business mindset to use the power of storytelling to drive commercial outcomes.
- Support the creative brief and communications for internal stakeholders to ensure clarity of message and simplicity of execution.
- Actively champion our brands identity and ensure all brand touch points bring to life our pub stories or discovery brands purpose.
- Manage Marketing financials for campaigns, including management of budget, post performance reviews and effectiveness.
- Bringing cross-functional teams together to coordinate and lead the development of planning and local area marketing activities across various channels, to ensure successful delivery and alignment on planning.
- Building strong internal relationships, to navigate and influence in a complex matrix environment effectively whilst role modelling the ALH values and ways of working.

**About you**
“Telling every pubs unique story” is your driving force, you have a deep appreciation for every individual pub and you live and breath hospitality.
You’ll have proven ability to project manage marketing campaigns end-to-end, with the ability to implement strategy into action, delivering at scale. Experience in hospitality is highly desirable.

To be successful, you’ll also have:

- Extensive experience within a dedicated marketing environment, with an understanding of the core components of modern marketing mix.
- Tertiary qualifications, preferably in Marketing or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of optimization techniques and using data to inform plans.
- Budget management experience.
- Experience leveraging customer insights to derive a plan.
- Excellent presentation and data storytelling skills.
- Proven capability and resilience across matrix organisations, with experience managing diverse stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Project management & agile mindset/experience are advantageous.
