**As a Concierge, your exciting responsibilities will include**:

- Greeting and welcoming customers warmly as they arrive at our dealership.
- Assisting clients with inquiries, providing information about our services, and creating a positive first impression.
- Coordinating appointments and managing the scheduling of services to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Communicating with various departments to keep customers updated on their vehicle status.
- Offering refreshments and maintaining a comfortable waiting area for customers.
- Providing exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations and builds lasting relationships.
- Handling customer feedback and resolving concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry, will be highly regarded.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient computer literacy to manage appointments and customer interactions smoothly.
