Melbourne BMW is part of The Autosports Group which has 55 dealerships across NSW, VIC, QLD and NZ, employing approximately 1800 staff and is a large, listed retail automotive group representing the world’s greatest prestigious and luxury automotive brands.

The role involves driving vehicles, meeting and greeting customers with a small amount of computer administration work required within the Concierge Department.

Currently work in a 5-star environment? Tired of the shift work? Well, this may be the role for you This a permanent full-time position which will require you to work a rotating roster from 7.30am to 3.30pm, 8:00am to 4.00pm or 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Fridays

**Some of the qualities we are looking for are**:

- Experience in 5-star hotels or top-end retail or hospitality
- Experience servicing VIP and Executive-Level guests in a professional manner
- Ability to work autonomously, while being self-motivated and driven
- Attentive ability to anticipate client needs.
- Discretion and confidentiality and the ability to build a high-level service in an efficient manner.
- Immaculate presentation and grooming standards
- Full Victorian Drivers licence with a clean driving record.

You will add value to the BMW brand by providing outstanding customer service in an efficient & friendly manner - creating that welcoming environment. Engaging with customers to show passion in the BMW brand you will also focus on the operations of the dealership, assisting both customers and staff in achieving great customer service.
