**In this role, you will**:

- Conduct comprehensive vehicle diagnostics to ensure peak performance.
- Deliver high-quality services and repairs in line with BMW factory standards and processes.
- Utilise detailed checklists and adhere to established quality control benchmarks.
- Test ride motorcycles post-repair to guarantee exceptional standards.
- Maintain precise records and reports of all services performed.
- Execute repair work and maintenance according to dealership and brand specifications.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales and parts, to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with mandatory factory training to keep your skills sharp.

**To be considered for the role, you will have**:

- Technical qualifications as an automotive technician/mechanic specializing in motorcycles.
- Experience working with late-model European motorcycles.
- Proficiency in vehicle diagnostics.
- Basic computer skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to absorb and retain detailed product information effectively.
- A team-oriented mindset, demonstrating support for colleagues and contributing to discussions and improvements.
- A valid driver’s license and motorcycle license.
