We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientated Project Officer to join our Diversity and Inclusion Outcomes team. As a new Department, this team will lead the creation and implementation of our Disability Inclusion Action Plan, Multicultural Action Plan, and Gender Equality Action Plan to help everyone in NSW thrive.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of various tasks and projects. You will work closely with Principal Project Manager and Senior Stakeholder Engagement Officer to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Core to this role, you will assist in the development and implementation of project plans, coordinate project activities, such as facilitated workshops and data collection, and report on the progress towards the creation on implementation of our plans.

**About You**

You are an organised individual who finds effective and efficient ways to support the team. You have an analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and have demonstrated experience in supporting the coordination and delivery of large projects, especially those impacting disadvantaged communities in NSW.
