**About the role**

The eLearning Capability Manager is responsible to the Director, Organisational Development and Workforce Strategy, for designing and implementing specific education and training functions that support the CALHN workforce. The role will focus on:

- Leading the scoping, design, implementation and management of the SA Health iLearn Learning Management System (LMS) within CALHN.
- Provision of support for the user interface component of the LMS including management and quality assurance of content, functional design, navigation, reporting and help for users.
- Managing the governance of functional and content aspects of the LMS by working collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Leading training needs analysis of whole of organisation (CALHN) online learning requirements in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Developing, coordinating and delivering training resources in support of online and face-to-face education and training as part of a team to support CALHN strategy and objectives.
- Provision of reports on training with specific accountability for delivery of reports on mandated training activities.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Current National Police Clearance (NPC)
- Immunisation screening as indicated in the role description. SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
