The Opportunity

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our People Team in Adelaide. This role is pivotal in designing and delivering impactful learning programs that build leadership and employee capability across our business.

You’ll lead the development of engaging digital and face-to-face content, manage our Learning Management System (Detmold Learning), and drive initiatives that support onboarding, leadership development, and continuous learning. Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver learning programs that build capability across all levels of the organisation.
- Manage and optimise our LMS to ensure a seamless learner experience.
- Develop high-quality digital and face-to-face content using tools like Articulate 360, Canva, and Adobe.
- Lead the “Lead the Way” leadership development program and evolve our Leadership Competency Framework.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and create targeted learning pathways.
- Support onboarding and employee engagement through tailored learning journeys.
- Use data and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Champion a culture of learning aligned with our values, DEI principles, and strategic goals.

What You’ll Bring

- Qualification in Learning & Development, Human Resources, or Organisational Psychology.
- Certification in instructional design, e-learning development, or coaching (e.g., Cert IV TAE, ATD, CIPD).
- Proven experience designing and delivering blended learning programs.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with LMS platforms and authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe, Canva).
- A growth mindset, curiosity, and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Experience in a manufacturing or multi-regional organisation is a plus.
