**_The opportunity_**
Join us in a pivotal role as we lead the charge in transforming our organisation through innovative learning and capability strategies for our Digital Transformation Program (DTP). This is your chance to make a significant impact by conducting in-depth training needs analyses to understand the implications of change on our people, processes, and systems. You'll develop and implement a contemporary Learning Strategy that is not only engaging but also aligned with our core values and the overarching goals of the Digital Transformation Program. You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders across ReturnToWorkSA and our Claims Agents to deliver transformative learning experiences that drive adoption and ensure the success of our digital initiatives.

**_The position_**
As a key player in our Digital Transformation Program, you will oversee the implementation of essential learning deliverables, creating innovative solutions that developing creative solutions that enhance the adoption and utilization of our new systems. Your role involves monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of these strategies for continuous improvement, leveraging insights to enhance learning methodologies and tools while partnering with stakeholders to define future-state concepts. Additionally, you will actively manage stakeholder relationships, presenting updates to Steering Committees and Executive Leadership Teams to mitigate adoption risks. By defining a robust learning framework, you will foster collaboration across business units, empowering teams to navigate the complexities of work injury management and scheme regulation. In your trusted advisory role, you will influence learning practices, inspire others to embrace new processes, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

**_This role will be a full-time fixed term contract for 2 years._**

**_About you_**
You are an accomplished professional with extensive experience in capability development, transformation, and fostering a strong organisational culture. With a relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources, or Organizational Development—and preferably a Master's degree—you have a proven track record of creating and implementing effective strategies that enhance business results and workforce effectiveness. Your strong background in learning management highlights your ability to lead multiple successful initiatives, while your solid project management skills enable you to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and deliver outstanding results. Familiar with agile methodologies, you thrive in dynamic project environments and are passionate about driving growth through innovative learning and development initiatives.

**_Special requirements/Conditions_**
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business / Human Resources / Transformation / Capability and / or Organisational Development
- Master’s degree preferred.
