**About the role**
As the Learning and Development Manager, you be responsible for the overall design, implementation, and management of the the learning and development initiatives across the organisation. Through learning methodologies, leadership and talent development, you will play a crucial role in the success of the workforce and contribute to the overall growth and success of Adelaide Airport.
Reporting to the EGM People, Culture and Customer, you will be responsible for the enhancement of employee performance, skills, and knowledge.

Responsibilities will include:

- Develop a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives
- Design and implement learning programs, initiatives, and curriculum to address identified skill gaps and support employee development.
- Manage the learning management system (LMS) and other training tools to organise, track, and deliver training content efficiently
- Utilise various instructional design methodologies and technologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, workshops, and blended learning approaches
- Collaborate with managers to identify potential succession planning needs and create talent development pathways for key positions.

Key requirements to be successful in this role:

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, training and development or a related field.
- Experience with Kineo Learning Management System (Desirable) and e-learning platforms
- A demonstrated depth of experience in a L&D management/specialist role working with a diverse workforce
- Proven experience in managing and implementing learning and development models, frameworks, systems and processes in a dynamic context
- Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and training evaluation techniques
