We are seeking an experienced Import, Export and Co-Manufacture Planner to join a fantastic globally leading organisation in the Consumer Goods space. This is an initial 12-month position to start immediately with the flexible working arrangement offered.

This role is supporting with the coordination and administration in relation to inbound shipments of products for the Australian Market. We are seeking a strong administrator with great people skills and experience working in SAP to manage the supply planning process for a defined portfolio. You will be working closely with Logistics, Warehouse and 3rd Party manufacturers to ensure a service level is provided in an efficient manner.

**Role responsibilities**:

- Execute the weekly supply planning process for Imports, Exports and 3rd Party Co-Manufacturing.
- Ensure clear visibility of availability of goods to internal stakeholders.
- Proactively manage day-to-day issues as they arise to minimise any impact to service level.
- Work with external vendors to ensure on-time delivery and meet requirements.
- Manage inventory levels of portfolio.
- Manage inventory policies and manage product life cycles.
- Manage air freight requirements in the most cost-efficient manner.
- Create purchase orders and outbound processes in SAP in timely manner.
- Coordinating with internal teams such as warehouse and logistics.

**Who you are?**
- Knowledge and experience of operation planning with SAP and SAP APO, and Import/Export.
- Excellent attention to detail and data entry, analysis and reporting experience.
- Extremely pro-active in your approach to resolve issues.
- A great team player and confident liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
