**The Company**

Progressive and successful, this wholesaler/distributor of luxury beauty brands supplying a range of large and small retailers is seeking a passionate and driven Logistics Coordinator to manage the logistics function and oversee order throughput across all channels. This is a diverse role in a growing company, where you will work closely with multiple teams within the business as well as external suppliers, customers and other parties.

**The Role**

Your responsibilities will include:

- Monitoring stock levels; creating transfer orders and work orders to maintain optimal inventory levels across multiple locations
- Monitoring order data between systems (from EDI/ecommerce through to ERP and WMS), and inputting/importing/updating as required
- Reconciling and resolving order/receipt/invoice discrepancies
- Being the key point of contact for 3PL partners; monitoring 3PL performance to ensure KPIs are met
- Liaising with the Education, Sales and Marketing teams to support education programs, product launches and promotional activities
- Coordinating periodic stocktakes across multiple locations
- Maintaining the company?s inventory database

**About You**

If you have the following, we really want to hear from you
- Minimum 2 years? experience in a similar or related position, preferably within a multi-brand, distribution and/or FMCG environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in one or more ERP systems ? NetSuite experience highly regarded but not essential
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks and manage deadlines without oversight
- High level of attention to detail.
