**About the role**
This fast-paced role will see you report to the Supply Chain and Logistics Lead. You will be accountable for the preparation of shipping documentation, liaising with freight forwarders and 3PL warehouses, upholding HS codes, PO reconciliation, assisting in stock transfers, managing shipping quotes, updating delivery schedules, meeting delivery timelines, ensuring the highest quality standards are met, assist in the production process, weekly and monthly reports and analyze rates, costs, etc.

**About you**
To be considered for this role you will have the following attributes:

- Proven experience within the retail sector (B2C)
- Knowledge of import and export processes
- Strong communication skills
- 3-5 years experience in logistics
- High level of attention to detail
- Experience working with 3PL warehouses
- Excel proficiency
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload
- Comfortable working in a predominantly female team
- Proven track record of solving problems

**Desirable**
- Production knowledge (ideal)
- Freight forwarding experience
- You have a positive attitude and are a real self-starter
- Knowledge of the Export/Import process from China
