**Logistics/Warehouse Coordinator | Life Science Industry**
- $32/hour + Super
- Mon-Fri, no weekends or shift work

**About the Organisation**
This is your opportunity to join a renowned global manufacturer of laboratory equipment in the life science industry - often used in research/academia and industry. The company specialises in optical instruments and possesses proprietary technologies. They have a comprehensive optical instrument portfolio including complex capital systems.

**About the Role**
As the Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a vital role in facilitating and coordinating warehouse activities to optimize facility utilization and streamline the storage and distribution of materials and finished products.

Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities & Duties:

- Coordinate and oversee warehouse operations to deliver world-class performance in safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity.
- Continuously improve processes and drive operational efficiency.
- Ensure accurate and timely deliveries of purchased goods to support our valued customers.
- Support the Field Service team by maintaining an adequate supply of spare parts and demo products
- Coordinate accurate and punctual deliveries to and from customer sites in collaboration with the Sales team.
- Manage inventory levels effectively and control warehouse and freight-related expenses to align with business objectives.

**About the Person**
- Tertiary qualification in Logistics or Warehousing
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role
- Forklift licence is required
- Experience with receiving, dispatching, stock control, and importing/exporting international freight
- Knowledge of ERP systems and stock movement
- Ability to problem-solve complex situations
