This international business has been operating for over 15 years and imports a number of goods within the FMCG market.

**POSITION**

As a HR Advisor you will assist the Operations Manager with implementing HR projects & initiatives such as OHS, Work Choices, Performance and remuneration reviews.

You will be responsible for the following but not limited to:

- Implement Training & Development programs
- Provide assistance with recruiting staff nationally across a variety of positions
- Partnering and providing practical HR advice to management, employees and other key stakeholders
- Case management of ER and performance management issues
- Employee engagement projects
- Supporting leaders through all aspects of HR business processes
- Perform all required General Administration duties

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**

To be considered for this position it is vital that you have the below experience:

- Previous generalist HR experience at an Advisor level within a Medium to Large Organisation
- Industry experience in FMCG, Transport, Logistics or Manufacturing is preferred
- Tertiary qualifications within the HR field
- A good understanding of the Fair Work Act as well as Awards and Enterprise Agreements
- A continuous-improvement mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
