**About the Roles**

**_Practice Manager Receptionist (Permanent Full-Time)_**

This position will see you provide effective management of the consulting suites daily practice and operations. The role is based within this state-of-the-art private mental health facility whereby you will provide support for a team psychologists and mental health professionals. You will be joining a friendly team of professionals who will support you to learn and grow

**_ Receptionist (Permanent Part-Time)_**

This opportunity will see you responsible for providing support and assistance to patients and their families by managing enquiries, scheduling bookings and taking payment for appointments. You will also be responsible for the diary management of our team of Psychologists whilst keeping a tidy and presentable office environment. For this role, you will need to be available for consistent and regular shifts. You must be available 7 days and be willing to work a late night at least once a week.

**About You**

**_ Practice Manager Receptionist_**

You will be a positive, responsible, self-motivated person with excellent people and telephone skills. It is essential that you have proven experience in a similar role combined with a strong focus on detail. You will possess highly developed relationship skills, commitment to customer service and a ‘can do’ approach, and above all an unwavering commitment to client confidentiality.

You will also demonstrate:

- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel to other Ramsay Psychology clinics to provide relief as needed
- Confidence interacting with GP’s, Specialists, and other referrers to promote Ramsay
- Experience using Bluechip software (would be highly regarded)
- Knowledge of Medicare, Tyro, and HICAPS systems
- Previous experience managing a busy Medical Consulting Suite
- Ability to undertake end to end Practice Manager function including management of Billings

**_Receptionist _**

To succeed in this role, you will bring a professional administrative skillset and have the ability to create a positive first impression for our patients and their families each and every interaction.

You will also bring;
- Prior experience in a receptionist’s role
- Prior experience working within the healthcare/medical industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, in person and on the phone.

**Requirements**:
