Front Desk Receptionist
We are a modern and busy dental practice in Sydney Olympic Park. We offer a wide range of services including general, cosmetic, and surgical procedures. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic, welcoming, bubbly and reliable dental receptionist to join our front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting patients and managing front desk reception duties
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Answering phone calls and responding to email enquiries
- Processing payments, issuing invoices, and managing HICAPS/Medicare claims
- Maintaining accurate patient records and confidentiality
- Open communication and dialogue with the team
- Ensuring the reception area is tidy and clean
You should be:
- Friendly, well-presented, and professional
- Proficient in the English language
- A great communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Organised, efficient, and able to multitask under pressure
- Tech-savvy and experienced with dental software (D4W)
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
- Previous dental or medical reception experience preferred
- Willing to work flexible hours.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $27.00 – $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
