An opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join the team on a full time basis, based out of their office in Surry Hills. This family orientated company offers a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take the next step and or flourish in their career as a diverse multifaceted Receptionist within a creative office space.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Answering all incoming phone calls and welcoming guests in a professional manner
- Providing front of house service
- Managing internal calendars for the use of office facilities
- Managing all incoming and outgoing mail, including couriers
- Making bookings and reservations for staff
- Maintaining the Reception and Meeting areas, ensuring these spaces are kept to a presentable standard
- Ad hoc administrative support
- Assisting with general resource management tasks and marketing tasks
- EVENTS, EVENTS & EVENTS

**ABOUT YOU**
- 1-2 years experience within a receptionist/ admin position is essential
- Confident in building rapport with clients and customers
- Confidence in answering high volume of calls
- Good understanding of Microsoft suites including Outlook, Excel and Word
- Ability to multitask and prioritise work tasks
- Switched on and have the ability to think on your feet
