**Your new company**
Are you a highly experienced Retail Professional and are looking for your next exciting step in your career? I am currently recruiting for a National Retail Manager for a highly recognised National Footwear brand, who are highly recognized for their trendy designs and varied styles. My client is seeking a National Retail Manager to lead their 17 National Stores

**Your new role**
- Hands on and leading from the front with strong skills in Visual Merchandising
- Overseeing, motivating and driving the Clusters and Training Managers to achieve the best results
- Ensuring the highest level of customer service and sales in every store and team member Australia wide
- Overseeing general store maintenance & OHS
- Motivate your Cluster Managers to achieve optimal results in sales, KPI's across all stores
- Training and developing teams with Cluster Managers and Store Managers
- Overseeing stocktake and maintaining loss prevention
- Overseeing company retail practices, reporting back to Managers to ensure relevant training and development is being driven across stores
- Recruiting staff and maintaining a good team culture
- Implementing, planning and organizing new stores set ups
- Must be on call weekends for store support and emergencies or problems
- Ensure rosters are completed weekly to company rostering standards

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Good communication skills
- A minimum of 2 year's experience in a similar role
- Proven retail experience
- Must be hands on and commercially business minded
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to travel Interstate
- You will need experience in successfully reaching sales target and staff retention.
- You will need a full driver's license and car and the availability to travel interstate when required
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills

Mobile Phone and Service Pro will be provided.
