**Your new company**
Our client is a well known building materials supplier, employing over 5,000 people in 50 countries across five continents, including manufacturing in Australia. Their products are used globally on a wide range of projects including hotels, sports venues, theatres, government buildings, retail outlets, corporate centres and manufacturing facilities. They have been used to construct and renovate many famous buildings and structures, and as such, are an integral part of some of the world’s best-known landmarks and attractions.
They offer solutions for flooring, tiling, waterproofing, sealing, decoration, assembly and insulation.

**Your new role**
This position is responsible for managing National Key Accounts within the Construction Channel. It's main purpose is to develop strong customer relationships with national end user and trade customers at a national level. You will initiate & follow up sales opportunities and translate these activities into sustainable sales growth and profit, along with full accountability for driving and executing these initiatives within the agreed National Business Plan. **What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous B2B sales experience within the building materials sector or aligned industry in a national role
- Deep understanding of the construction industry in Australia
- Willingness to travel interstate (frequency can be negotiated).
- Current drivers license.
- High level of written & verbal communication skills
- Experience using Salesforce or an equivalent CRM
- Attention to detail and able to meet deadlines
- Project management experience and tertiary qualifications desired
