A rare opportunity to join a leading footwear brand as the National Visual Merchandiser across 17 stores

**Your new company**
Are you a highly experienced Visual Merchandiser and are looking for your next exciting step in your career? I am currently recruiting for a national visual merchandiser for a highly recognised national leading footwear
brand, who are highly recognized for their trendy designs and varied styles. My client is seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising professional to lead their VM strategy

**Your new role**
- Developing and executing the VM strategy to support season direction
- Improving brand perception
- Building strong internal relationships with marketing, planning and store teams
- In stock mock ups and communication of new strategies to store teams
- Implementing and executing monthly briefs; Point of Sale, impulse areas etc.
- Facilitating new store openings and refurbishments
- Implementing and executing monthly and weekly briefs, point of sale, impulse areas etc.
- Checking of weekly store photo's and addressing any issues with store presentations
- Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm (office based, no work from home)

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience within Visual Merchandising in retail, working across multiple sites
- The ability to have a strategic outlook and demonstrate 'forward thinking' and initiative
- Experience in VM within footwear and or apparel
- The ability to think analytically and discuss and react to sales results
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal teams
- A passion for VM and the desire to utilise your strong skill set to drive the success of VM strategies
- Must be computer literate
- Ability to work in a fast, high pressure environment
- Must have at least two years experience
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite - Intermediate skills (Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign) Office Suite - Advanced Skills (ie PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
- Must have own car and current drivers licence
