Our client offers affordable luxury fashion to women of all ages. Internationally recognised for over 50 years their presence in Australia continues to grow with further freestanding stores as well as increased concessions already in the pipeline.
Reporting to the CEO, you will lead and support your State Managers to ensure consistent delivery on customer service, people, financial and operational objectives. Together you will develop the ANZ Retail Strategy in order to drive profitable sales growth and business efficiencies. Then manage the implementation of those strategies while identifying business opportunities and pinpointing problem areas and challenges.
In line with the CEO's belief in the importance of company culture and people development, a key part of this position is being a brand ambassador and to coach, mentor and drive a culture of continuous improvement and learning, including devising and implementing bespoke training
To be successful in this role, you are a passionate polished retail leader who strives for excellence and obtains success through the leadership, communication, and support of your team.
Ideally, you have experience in a National Retail role within the premium fashion sector or are at State level with 40 or more stores under your guidance. You are passionate about achieving sales targets, coaching and driving teams, store operations and of prime importance - exceeding customer expectations.
